Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds supported with your cushions/ blankets or maybe a chair to pop your legs on.

Preparing the body and mind for deep relaxation and healing. Be sure to bring your blanket.
