Jesmonite workshop at The Old Girls’ School Community Centre event tickets from TicketSource

Join us for a fun, creative, and experimental workshop where you will learn how to cast your own bespoke homewares using Jesmonite and a variety of moulds – and get to take your creations home with you!

Jesmonite is a versatile, non-toxic material that sets into a beautiful stone-like finish. It’s a professional quality eco-resin that offers great design possibilities.

In this 2-hour workshop you will be taught step by step, with demonstrations how to use 3 different techniques to create 3 items: a mini terrazzo pot, a large marbled coaster & a mini trinket dish/coaster.

Because Jesmonite sets so quickly, you’ll get to experience the complete creative journey, from the initial design to a finished product, all within a two-hour session. This is a wonderfully satisfying workshop, and you’ll leave with three unique, handmade homewares to proudly display in your home or give as a thoughtful gift.

Included on the day:

  • All materials
  • Expert tuition
  • Detailed demonstrations
  • A selection of tea, coffee and biscuits
  • And of course you take your wonderful creations home with you!

Level: Beginner and up.

Sunday 10th May 10:30am – 12:30pm (approx)
£25 per person
