Hadrian’s Union is a contemporary four-piece indie alt-folk-rock band based in the borderlands between England and Scotland. Founded in 2007 by lead singer and songwriter Stew Simpson, the band’s musical styles have continued to evolve over the years. They are predominantly an indie alt-folk-rock band, but their interests in many genres of music have led to experimentation with ska, jazz, blues, bluegrass, and much more. Brought to The Old Girls’ School as part of the Rural Arts OnTour programme.
