Beginners baby massage, sensory play, tea and cake!
Mini Munchkins beginners baby massage course a beautiful 6 week course where you will learn how to relax, settle and sooth your baby with massage. You’ll also learn how massage can help with constipation, trapped wind, teething pains, symptoms of colic and congestion.
Each week we will add a different area of the body to the routine, building up to a full body massage for your baby in the final week.
Each class is completely baby led, very relaxed and we work at the pace of your baby. If you need to feed, change or pause to cuddle your little one during the session that is, of course, absolutely fine. We always follow baby’s cues during massage, they are in charge!
Baby massage is suitable, and encouraged, from birth. Therefore, you are welcome to join this course when your baby is any age until they start crawling.Baby
I do not recommend using oil on your baby’s skin until 6 weeks old, therefore, if your baby is younger than this at the start of the course you can perform the massage over their clothes.
Everything you need for the course is provided, including a pot of the gorgeous Kokoso organic coconut massage oil, a PDF massage guide, access to my online massage videos, a lovely keepsake certificate of completion plus lovely little treats for you along the course too.
The sessions are divided into two sections – the first 45 minutes will be spent focussing on massaging your baby and the remaining 30 minutes are for play, socialising and cake ?☕
I provide refreshments and yummy cakes for you and developmentally appropriate sensory toys and play equipment for the babies to enjoy✨
